Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you’ll oversee a team of consultants while managing your own recruitment desk, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service to schools and educators.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants.

• Managing your own recruitment desk, matching educators with schools.

• Driving sales growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

• Building strong relationships with schools and educators.

• Ensuring exceptional service delivery at all levels.
